Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. You'll receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number. We can update your address if we haven't shipped your order yet. Once your order has been dispatched, we won't be able to change the delivery address.

At this time, we ship exclusively to Australia and New Zealand.

Each piece is made to order and requires up to 5 weeks to craft. Once ready, orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Australia and 3–7 business days to New Zealand. Please allow additional time during peak periods and public holidays.
