You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is complete. This email will contain your order number and a summary of your items. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. You'll receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number. We can update your address if we haven't shipped your order yet. Once your order has been dispatched, we won't be able to change the delivery address.
At this time, we ship exclusively to Australia and New Zealand.
All jewellery is made to order and takes up to 5 weeks to craft, with dispatch within 2 business days once ready. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Australia and 3–7 business days to New Zealand, with possible delays during peak or holiday periods.
