Materials
Silver
Our pieces are crafted from solid tarnish-resistant 925 sterling silver or silver-palladium, using recycled precious metals wherever possible. Chains are sterling silver. All jewellery is nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
Gold & Gems
Gold and gemstone designs are in development for future collections.
Hallmarking
All silver pieces meet or exceed sterling silver (92.5%) standards and are stamped "925" where design permits.
Chains
Each pendant is paired with a curated chain to complement the design. Some pieces offer a choice of style and length.
Care
For optimal lustre, store pieces dry in a sealed pouch or box. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Clean as needed with a jewellery polishing cloth or wipe.
Warranty
Your piece is made to last a lifetime with proper care. Some wear over time is normal, such as light surface marks and minor scratches.
While there is no warranty on fine jewellery in a traditional sense, you are protected by Australian Consumer Law, which covers genuine manufacturing faults. This protection does not extend to accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
If a fault is present on receipt, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess and resolve it quickly. If a fault develops later, such as a clasp failing or a chain breaking under normal wear, please contact us as soon as you notice it and we will assist you accordingly.
Manufacturing & Sourcing
Midnight Coast jewellery is designed and manufactured in Australia, using moulds produced in the USA and chains sourced from Italy. Our manufacturing partner is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and works with accredited suppliers in Australia and Europe. Precious metals are recycled through a closed-loop refining process to reduce material waste. All packaging is manufactured in Australia.
