Each piece is made to order and crafted in Australia within 5 weeks, allowing time for thorough quality assurance prior to dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
As all pieces are made to order, change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Items damaged through wear, misuse, or incorrect care are not considered faulty.
Lost or damaged in transit
All items are insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we will lodge a carrier claim and issue a refund or replacement when the claim is approved.
