These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Production Times
All jewellery is made to order unless otherwise stated. Production and quality assurance typically take up to 5 weeks. All timeframes are estimates only.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change due to fluctuations in material and production costs.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched once production is complete. Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only.
Midnight Coast is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, including during peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.
Risk & Loss
All orders are insured. If an item is lost or arrives damaged in transit, Midnight Coast will manage the claim and provide a refund or replacement where appropriate. Claims are subject to the carrier's assessment. Where a claim is denied, a resolution will be determined in accordance with consumer law.
Returns & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate, in accordance with consumer law. Items damaged through wear, misuse, or improper care are not considered faulty.
Product Descriptions
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and sizing information before purchase. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of jewellery production.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Midnight Coast and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Midnight Coast is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or purchase of products.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
